Jili Plus Terms and Conditions — Rules for Philippine Players

Welcome to Jili Plus. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and Jili Plus ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Jili Plus website at jiliplus.click and all related services, games, and features offered through it.

By creating an account or using any part of the Jili Plus platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision here, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to players accessing Jili Plus from the Philippines. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated.

Your use of Jili Plus — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, playing any game, or claiming any promotion — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are accessing Jili Plus on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they also meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

To use Jili Plus and participate in real-money gaming, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jili Plus strictly enforces minimum age requirements and reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is permitted under applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of Jili Plus or its affiliated companies.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, voluntary ban, or court-ordered prohibition from gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on Jili Plus. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name and active mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if anything changes.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Jili Plus account. You must:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify Jili Plus immediately at support@jiliplus.click if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Jili Plus may at any time request documentation to verify your identity. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure. Accepted documents include government-issued photo IDs such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card.

Jili Plus accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• The minimum deposit across most methods is ₱100. Higher minimums may apply to certain payment channels.
• Deposits are credited to your Jili Plus wallet instantly in most cases. Delays due to third-party payment processing are outside our control but will be resolved as quickly as possible.
• Jili Plus does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are used for gaming purposes on the Jili Plus platform. They are not investment instruments and do not earn interest.

Jili Plus is committed to fast, reliable withdrawals. Verified players may withdraw their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below.

• Processing time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of confirmation, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Minimum withdrawal: There is no minimum withdrawal amount for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may have a minimum of ₱500.
• Verification requirement: Jili Plus may require identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱100,000 within a 30-day period. This is a regulatory requirement and is applied consistently to all players.
• Withdrawal method: Funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, as a security measure.
• Bonus funds: Bonus-derived balances are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 6) before they become eligible for withdrawal.

Jili Plus offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented.

• Wagering requirement: Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10× to 30× the bonus amount. The specific requirement is stated on each offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period expire automatically. Jili Plus will not reinstate expired bonuses.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while card games such as Tongits and Pusoy may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while one is in progress may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse: Jili Plus reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds if we determine that a player is exploiting bonuses in bad faith, including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics.

All games offered on Jili Plus — including Tongits, Pusoy, slots, fishing games, and sports betting — operate according to their individual game rules, which are available within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept those game-specific rules.

• All random outcomes in Jili Plus games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) audited for fairness by independent third-party testing laboratories.
• Card game tables (Tongits, Pusoy) are populated exclusively by verified human players. No automated bots or computer opponents are used at any player-facing table.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game session, Jili Plus will restore the player's position and balance to its state immediately prior to the malfunction, where technically possible.
• Game results displayed in the Jili Plus system are final and conclusive, subject only to the formal disputes procedure described in Section 13.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jili Plus and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating more than one account per player
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information
• Using another person's identity or payment credentials
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in card games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors rather than reporting them
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other players or Jili Plus staff
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with any part of the Jili Plus platform

Jili Plus is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take that responsibility seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts on your account. Changes to reduce limits take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive a notification when your limit is reached and the session will be automatically ended.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a period of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you will not receive promotional communications.
• Reality checks: Opt in to timed reminders during gameplay that show your session duration and net balance movement.

Jili Plus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases involving, but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, regulatory requirement, or unusual activity that raises security concerns.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Jili Plus will notify the player via their registered email or mobile number within 48 hours and will provide an opportunity to respond before any final action is taken, except where immediate action is required for security or legal compliance reasons.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any unmet bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via their primary payment method within 5 business days.

All content on the Jili Plus platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, game software, sound effects, animations, and user interface — is the intellectual property of Jili Plus or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Jili Plus platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Jili Plus content without express prior written permission.

Jili Plus collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information necessary to operate your account, comply with regulatory requirements, and improve the platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data under applicable Philippine data protection laws. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jili Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet interruptions, or third-party payment delays.

Jili Plus's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Disputes procedure: If you believe a game result, transaction, or account decision was handled incorrectly, you may raise a formal dispute by emailing support@jiliplus.click with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a description of the issue. Jili Plus will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full response within 48 hours.

Jili Plus reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or for security purposes.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at jiliplus.click/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Jili Plus platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal disputes procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
